It has been 2 weeks since I last saw you. So much has been happening....
First 5 days Sienna and I went exploring everyday, we would leave in the morning and walk all day til afternoon. Sometimes coming home for lunch. My legs are killing me, we do so much walking but its great. I feel so healthy but little Sienna is extremely lazy and doesn't get off her pram. Then we get home in time to cook dinner and wait for the Man to arrive from work.
We had no Tv or Internet at home so we found other things to do:
So all this walking and exploring and still everyday I see new things. This is such and adventure, and I am one lucky girl.
We then jetted off to Vienna for 4 days which was amazing. We spent the weekend, then James had to work Monday and Tuesday. I had an Italian friend (James work collegue's partner) who spoke English. Winning! Her and I hung out on the days James had work. She had a 1 year old boy named Gabrielle, and Sienna treated him like her own baby. She said, "Mummy can I change his nappy?" Gosh she is a funny girl. Anyway they took some photos of us, there fore I will post them as soon as I have them.
Today is 32 degrees in Paris, hottest day here so far. Sienna and I went for a walk to the Louvre which is 15 mins from our apartment. Probably not the best idea in this heat. I felt like jumping in the fountain.
Then we found this little cafe with Portuguese Tarts, so delicious and warm with a bit of cinnamon. Owner was Portuguese and has been living in Paris for 2 years, we had a chat.
The good thing about Paris is I can always find someone who can either speak English or Portuguese. Makes life a little easier til I'm a fluent french speaker.
I now have Internet, Cable Tv and Home phone, so Yay!! I have free calls to OZ landlines so if you want to chat send me your numbers.
